Chase A. Blackwell is the nephew of Atlanta Inquirer publisher John B. Smith, Jr. A very talented and smart young man, Blackwell is a junior at Whitefield Academy in Smyrna, Georgia. He is very passionate about the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) not only because it is a good organization, but because he, first hand, knows the devastating affects of cancer.
