Addressing the opening of the 13th Caribbean Ministers of Labour Meeting at the Arthur Chung Conference Centre on Monday, Prime Minister Mark Phillips called for greater regional coordination to address the needs of informal workers, bolster labour resilience, and secure a more equitable future for the Caribbean workforce.
