[Leadership] Critical medical services and other operations of university teaching hospitals in Nigeria have suffered major setbacks since the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) increased the electricity tariff for customers under its Band A category from N66 per kilowatt to N225 per kilowatt in April this year.
