[Shabelle] Mogadishu Somalia -- Somalia's Foreign Affairs Minister, Ambassador Ahmed Mo'allim Fiqi, addressed a devastating maritime incident near Nosy Iranja, Madagascar, where two boats carrying Somali nationals capsized, leading to the loss of 24 lives.
