[Independent (Kampala)] Entebbe, Uganda -- Tanzania's President Samia Suluhu Hassan is in Uganda for a two day state visit, and has on day signed health, security, energy and trade pacts. President Yoweri Museveni held a meeting with her at State House Entebbe before briefing the press.
