USA’S Brill Wins 29th International Optimist Regatta in St. Thomas, USVI

Thirteen-year-old Brill, representing Miami, Florida’s Coconut Grove Sailing Club, was one of nearly 100 sailors from Puerto Rico, several U.S.A. states, and the U.S. Virgin Islands who competed in this three-day regatta.
