Xavier Williams

Xavier Williams is Senior Vice President – Service Management, AT&T Global Customer Service for AT&T. In this role, Williams has global responsibilities for the client interface on all customer service functions (service delivery, service assurance and billing) for all retail customers. He was appointed to this position in March 2012. Williams began his career with AT&T in 1990 and has held a variety of positions in Finance, Product Management, Business Planning, Human Resources and Sales. Prior to his current role, he has served as Senior Vice President – Public Sector & Healthcare, Senior Vice President- Business Communications Services for AT&T Southwest, Federal Sales Vice President for AT&T Government Solutions and HR Training Vice President.

An advocate for people development and diversity, Williams is on the advisory board of Asian Pacific Islanders for Professional & Community Advancement (APCA). Besides his AT&T responsibilities, he sits on the advisory board for the National Sales Network.
