Sailors from NWS Yorktown gathered at the gravesite of Sergeant Major Edward Radcliffe, a Civil War Era African American Medal of Honor recipient to remember his gallant service during a poignant Wreath laying event. The wreath laying was also attended by Radcliffe's living descendants, who travelled from near and far for the event.
