The 21-year-old star took to Instagram on Sunday, June 21, and shared a Father’s Day post dedicated to her father, rapper Lil Wayne.
One of the images showed Lil Wayne and Carter posing for a quick picture together and another showed the young actress giving her father a kiss on the cheek.
Carter gushed over the post and wrote, “‘I cannot think of any need in childhood as strong as the need for a father’s protection.’
Those following Carter also wished her father a happy Father’s Day.
“I thought I was Lil Wayne back in the late 90’s an 2000’s rawest guy in the world Craig happy Father’s Day killa,” one person wrote.
