[Independent (Kampala)] Kabale, Uganda -- Bishop of Kigezi Diocese Rt. Rev. Gaddie Akanjuna, has called on government to expedite the operationalization of Kabale Tourism City, urging swift action to turn Kabale Municipality into a city as initially planned for 2023.
