Lisa Jeffries Caldwell is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Reynolds American Inc., reporting to RAI CEO Daniel M. Delen. Caldwell is also a member of the RAI executive leadership team. Ms. Caldwell joined R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in 1991 as an Employment Practices Manager and held a variety of HR positions before being promoted to Vice President of HR in January 2002. She became Senior Vice President of HR for R.J. Reynolds and its parent company, Reynolds American, in 2006; and Executive Vice President of HR for both companies in 2008. Ms. Caldwell was named Chief Human Resources Officer for RAI and RAI Services Co. in 2010.

Caldwell is very involved in her community, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Winston-Salem Industries for The Blind, Inc., the University Of North Carolina Board Of Visitors and the Wake Forest University School of Business Board of Visitors.
