The newly relocated Chargers used the seventh pick of the 2017 NFL draft to select the 6-foot 4-inch South Carolina native and Clemson Tigers standout wide receiver Mike Williams. Coming off back-to-back national championship appearances in 2016 Williams was expected to be the big body target for legendary quarterback Philip Rivers at the time.
