N. Cornell Boggs, III is Senior Vice President & General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Dow Corning Corporation. In this role, Boggs leads the global legal, government affairs, corporate security, as well as ethics and compliance functions. Prior to joining Dow Corning, Boggs served as Chief Responsibility and Ethics Officer for Miller Coors, LLC. Boggs has served as Chief Legal Officer and Group Vice President, Public Affairs, for Coors Brewing Company; and Vice President and General Counsel for Tyco Plastics and Adhesives.

Boggs is also a member of the Board of Valparaiso University. In 2009, Boggs was recognized as one of the “150 Most Influential People” in Valparaiso University’s 150-year history. Boggs served as a trial attorney at the United States Department of Justice.
