UPDATE: Homicide Suspect Apprehended in Ocean off Tropaco Point in Hull Bay

A man suspected of killing his father Tuesday morning is in custody following a manhunt on the Northside of St. Thomas, the V.I. Police Department reported. Mohammed Salem was captured in the water off Tropaco Point in Hull Bay just before 1 p.m., according to the police.
