The public first learned about Scarface’s diagnosis in late March when he talked about it with his Geto Boys partner Willie D. Speaking with Willie, Scarface said he thought death was near during the illness, and his body had reacted in a way that he’s never seen before.
“This whole three weeks has been an ordeal,” Scarface told his group member while chatting on Zoom.
